I'm Tom, 25, and will potentially be relocating to the Oxford area for a new role in the pharmaceutical industry.
I'm looking for a house share with ideally 1-5 housemates of a similar age. Easy to get along with, I am very clean and tidy, i am also sociable but respectful of peoples space. Enjoy going to the pub at the weekend or a hike. Into my gym and fitness.

Will be regularly travelling for work so won't be home all the time
What I'm looking for:

Parking available
Furnished room preferred
Good transport links (bus and train access)
Headington, Marston, Cowley, Kidlington or surrounding areas
Bills included would be ideal
Budget around £800-£1,150 depending on the property
I'm relocating to an area where I don't know many people, so finding a house that's friendly and sociable would definitely be a bonus.
