Zen Creative Room Lodger

I've been living in West Hampstead for about 10 years.
My main background is stage, screen and voice acting. I'm also currently teaching Capoeira (Brazilian martial arts) in some private schools in West Hampstead and close to the area and studying TCM-Tradicional Chinese Medicine online.
I play basic guitar and sing, love cycling, swimming and sports in general as well as photography.
I'm looking for a room because my landlady has recently passed and her siblings are selling the house. I have two reference letters from them available upon request

My former landlady had two lovely ginger cats with which I shared the house with and also looked after them whenever she was away. I'm a natural pet lover and see them as a natural family extension.
Tidiness and cleanliness are a must in a household to me.
I'd love to stay in the area because of the schools I'm teaching.
Looking for a friendly, peaceful, respectul, creative, tidy and professional house where we could eventually coock dinner and eat together, play and sing, practice sports together or just chill around the house.
