Hi! I’m Tommy, a 22-year-old Economics graduate moving to London to start my new Civil Service job in October. I’m friendly, easy-going and sociable, but also respectful of people’s space and privacy.

Outside of work, I enjoy running, cooking, reading and exploring new places, restaurants and pubs. I’m always up for a chat or doing something together, but I’m also independent and happy doing my own thing.

I’m looking for a friendly, clean and relaxed house share where everyone gets along and is respectful of each other. I’m tidy and considerate, and would love to find somewhere that feels like a home rather than just a place to sleep.

I’m particularly looking around Clapham, Balham, Brixton, Stockwell, Vauxhall and Battersea, but I’m definitely open to other areas too.

My budget is ideally around £800–£1,100 per month, although I’d be happy to consider more affordable options. I’m looking to move around October and would be keen to meet potential housemates and see if we’d be a good fit!
