I am looking for an affordable single or box room in Swansea or the surrounding areas. I own my own property, so I understand how to look after a house. I truly respect other people's space and will keep your property clean, tidy, and quiet. I am a polite, friendly person simply looking for a peaceful place to live. I do drive, so I am happy to live in an outer suburb or neighborhood. My budget is £250 to £300 per month, and this must include all utility bills.
