Two friends looking for 2 rooms in London — ASAP

Hi! We’re two friends, Jay (24) and myself (23, turning 24 next month), looking for two rooms in a flat/house share in London.

We’d be equally happy to find two rooms in an existing sociable flat, or to team up with a couple of other people and find a place together.

We’ve both recently finished our Master’s in Architecture at the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow and are moving down to London to start working full-time.

We’re both outgoing, sociable and very active. Jay is a rower, and I’m really into the gym and running. We both love hiking, getting outdoors, exploring new places and, unsurprisingly, anything architecture/design related! We’d love to live with people who are up for hanging out, going to the pub, having dinner together or doing things at the weekend, while also having our own lives and respecting each other’s space.

What we’re looking for:

* Two double rooms in the same flat/house, or people to team up with
* London — fairly flexible on area, especially with good transport links
* Around £900 per person per month including bills
* Looking to move ASAP, ideally sometime this month
* A friendly, sociable household that still feels like a home rather than just people sharing a kitchen

We’re both clean, considerate and easy-going, and we’ll be working full-time during the week.
