Professional EFL teacher just back from Seoul

Hello,
I have just returned to England after teaching at a university in Seoul for 25 years. I am a respectful and tidy person.
Since I have just arrived back and continuing to do offline and online classes, I am looking for a small studio or room for about 1 to 2 months. If interested, I could also tutor in exchange for a slight reduction in rent..(if interested).
I am bi-lingual English-French and I can also speak Korean. I am currently in France staying with friends until I return to London before the end of this August (2026).
Thank you for reading my post and I hope to hear from someone who may be interested. My preferred area is near Swiss Cottage but I am open to other areas including Kingston and New Malden.
