60 year old male stroke survivor

Hello

I am Mark, a relatively fit stroke survivor. Three years ago I sadly suffered a stroke as a result of a knee replacement. I am seeking accommodation in the South Bucks area ideally.

I can survive independently, but since the stroke I have lost some confidence and would prefer to live in a household of another person, or in an annexe at a family home, or a shepherds hut in a garden even!

I have a small spaniel named Gil, whom is well behaved and never barks. His character is quiet, gentle, loving and relatively reserved. He is an only dog so is quite well bonded to me. Gil is vey clean and house trained. I take him on 3 x 1 hour walks per day as he loves his outdoor time with his ball.

In my spare time I enjoy wood work, restoring furniture and selling antiques. I also enjoy photography and art, or anything that allows me to work with my hands or be creative. I have a friend in the local area who gives me some limited support daily, often with prompts or appointments etc.

I am open to living with males or females of any ages. I am a people person and relatively social, and hoping to make a few friends along the way.

As a result of the stroke, I do suffer from extreme tiredness when I get half way through the day, so somewhere quiet would be ideal. I also have memory issues and can often forget words for things. I tend to be ok from 6-2pm, but after that things slow down.

I would love to hear from anyone who can offer living space to me.
