Postgrad (25) with Remote Job, Visa Sorted, Sept

Hi, I'm Philipp, 25, moving over from Germany in early September for a Master's in Sports Science. Alongside uni I work remotely in M&A for a German company, so I'm a student, but one who's up early, pays rent on time and owns more than one pan.

What I'm looking for is fairly open: a double or a decent single in a flatshare, or a small studio, up to £1,000 a month all in. Main thing for me is the location, I'd love to be reasonably central, ideally somewhere in West or Central London where you can actually walk places.

As a flatmate: tidy without being weird about it, sociable but not chaotic, non-smoker. I'm a keen runner (any flat near a park will see a lot of early departures in running shoes), and a bit of a language nerd, currently learning Italian and Spanish. Happy in a sociable flatshare with the occasional pub trip or dinner together, equally fine in a calmer setup where everyone does their thing.

The important part is all sorted: UK student visa already issued (Right to Rent share code ready), steady income, proof of funds, and I'm happy to pay some rent in advance since I don't have a UK rental history yet. Flexible for a live video viewing anytime.
