Total budget: £1,000 pcm
Description
Hi everyone! I’m Mikhail, 24, and I’m looking for a room, ideally a double room, in a flat/house share from mid-September.
I’m moving to London from France to start my MA, and I’m planning to stay in London afterwards for work, so I’m looking for a one-year rental for now.
💷 Budget: up to £1,000/month, ideally a little less
📍 Areas: fairly flexible — happy to consider different parts of London depending on the house and transport links.
A bit about me: I’m a young journalist, speak four languages, and have previously lived in three different countries. I’m sociable, curious and always happy to meet new people, but I also really value having my own space and respecting other people’s boundaries.
Ideally, I’d love to find a household where people are friendly and sociable without feeling like they have to be together 24/7 - somewhere you can occasionally cook together, have a drink, chat about your day, etc., but where everyone is also comfortable doing their own thing.
🌈 A gay-friendly household would be a nice advantage!
I’m also completely open to living with people of different ages - no particular age preference at all. And if you happen to work in media, journalism, arts or anything vaguely related, that’s an extra bonus! 🙂
If you have a room available, are looking for a flatmate, or know someone who might be, please DM me! I’d love to hear from you and hopefully find a nice home!
Thanks! ✨
