2 students looking for 2 rooms in London

Hi, we’re Kavi and Arun, two university students looking for a two-bedroom flat or suitable two-room property in South London, ideally moving in around late September or early October.

We’re friends already and are specifically looking to move together rather than separately. We’re both friendly, respectful and relatively introverted, and we’re looking for somewhere we can treat as a proper home rather than just short-term student accommodation.

We’re also both musicians. I’m a music producer and instrumentalist, while Arun is a songwriter and singer. We’re not particularly loud or disruptive about it, but we’d ideally like to live somewhere where there’s a reasonable tolerance for music and occasional creative work at home.

Our ideal budget is around £200 per person per week, although we have some flexibility for the right place. South London is our preference, particularly areas with good transport connections to Central and South London.

We’re both students with Student Finance and can provide guarantors where required. We’d ideally like a tenancy of around 12 months.

We’re open to either an entire two-bedroom flat or two rooms becoming available together in an existing house or flatshare. Happy to arrange viewings and provide any further information needed.
