Looking for a sunny, slightly larger room

Hello!

I've decided to try and find a bigger room!

I'm a student currently (third yr), studying english lit at sussex.
and... I'm looking for a house share!

As a housemate I'm pretty easy going. I'm on campus and in the library most days, but I love lounging and hanging out too! watching films and playing games if you're into that. I'm definitely looking for a house that is sociable and not ships in the night.

Some things I like ...
sunshine!, the rose hill, Julia Holter, studying poetics, long swaying grass, hot coffee and good electronic music to dance to (weirdly rare in brighton?). I like hacking away at a guitar tab slowly, currently trying to learn a jackson c frank song. I like spending evenings cosied up listening to music and trying to write poetry. I'm also a part of Brighton's very wonderful poetry community and attend lots of readings.
I really want to get better at cooking, putting more time into it, and trying to cycle more, [one reason for moving house is that I have nowhere to put my bike currently]. I also have recently bought a car so a parking spot would be ideal.... but unlikely. I'd love there to be a garden, or at least a leafy view.

I'm pretty tidy and don't leave my stuff lying around, and wash up usually straight away for my own sake. Good at putting bins out.

I get on equally well with people in their thirties as in their twenties. I am used to living in communal settings/ communities with people of all ages, (for example, my current household are 28-32) and have been told that i am mellow relaxing company, and (cringe) mature..

Mostly trying to find somewhere that feels warm and ideally somewhat communal/ shared. But where I can focus and it be quiet too.
