Stop looking :)) !! Lets become friends

Hi, I'm Payam! I'm 26, a qualified MD, and I'll be moving to London (hopefully by the end of August or mid-September) to start an MRes in Neurosurgery at UCL's Queen Square Institute of Neurology. I have two medium-sized poodles who are friendly, well-behaved, and have lived in apartments their whole lives, so they're very used to indoor living. I'm clean, tidy, and take house rules seriously, so whatever we agree on as flatmates, you can count on me to stick to it. I'm also happy to split cooking and chores, since I'm pretty comfortable in the kitchen and around the house.

More than anything, I want a home to actually feel like a home, not just a place where you happen to stay. I've experienced the alternative before and it really isn't great, so I'd genuinely love for us to become friends and enjoy each other's company, not just coexist. That said, I've got a busy year ahead, so there'll be times I'm out or too tired to chat much, just don't take it personally!

Finding a build-to-rent building or a modern flat with good amenities is honestly my main priority. Location-wise I'm flexible, Wembley Park, Stratford, wherever, as long as it's got easy access to public transport.
