Me and my friend Ryan are looking for two rooms in either an existing flat share, or a couple of people to buddy up with and find a place together. We are both gay so ideally looking for an LGBT friendly household :)
We’re open to any location within easy commuting distance to London Bridge. We are looking to move in October.
We are social, but we are respectful of people’s space.
Our budget is approx £1000 per person including bills (less would be ideal!), but we are flexible for the right place.

Ryan, 24 working in insurance as an analyst. Love exploring new areas of London and having a cheeky pub trip. Love baking so expect a sweet treat every now and again! Also love checking out London night life and a festival or two.
Damian, 23 working in insurance law. Love pub trips / nights out, going for food or coffee and running.
