Looking for a flatmate to rent an apartment

Hey! I’m a male student looking for one flatmate (male or female) to team up with and find a 2-bed flat in Manchester

Preferred areas:
Ideally somewhere around City Centre / Oxford Road, but I’m also open to Hulme, along Wilmslow Road, and nearby areas with good transport links.

💷 Budget: Around £600–£700 pcm per person, ideally including or close to including bills.

I’m looking for someone who’s clean, respectful, easy-going and friendly. I’d like the flat to feel comfortable and sociable while still respecting each other’s personal space.

I’m happy to search for properties together, arrange viewings and find something that works well for both of us.
