Looking for 1 Flatmate to Join 3-Bedroom Flat Contract in SW8 Nine Elms (10 mins from northern line or 15 mins from Vauxhall)
- good sized double room in zone 1/2, quick access to central London

You will be living with a friendly and chill couple 24F (3rd year accounting & finance student) & 24M (professional ). We like to try and cook different dishes and like to host friends from time to time. Very into music and going out for drinks sometimes.

We will be joint-signing a 3-bedroom flat for a year. You will need to meet the income threshold or have a guarantor.
Our offer has been accepted and we are currently in the referencing process.

Our ideal flatmate would be someone who's friendly and respectful. We like to keep our living environment tidy and clean so someone who is tidy and cleans up after themselves would be best. We are also smokers so someone who minds would probably not be ideal.
