I'm John aged 43. I lost my housing recently due to my mother moving on and I am looking for a place to setup base so I can get back on my feet.

I am currently a self employed gardener to my local area however I will be looking for a part/full time job as soon as I find a new starting point.

Previously worked for Longacres Shepperton and Osterly Garden Center aswell as being a horticultural team member for Richmond council.

I have a small chiwawa dog, whom I love dearly.

The council is willing to pay the full deposit and first month rent upfront and from there housing benefit will cover the cost of rent with my current income. They are also willing to guarantee any shortfall.

The council may take a week for example to process everything with you. If we agree to proceed then the following step they will contact you asap.
