I’m Sarah — 25, Northern Irish (yes the accent is delightful and comes free of charge), I’ve been in London nearly 6 years, so I can almost navigate the Jubilee line without crying. I’m on the hunt for a double room in a place that feels more like home!

SW London — clapham junction and the Northcote road have my heart so somewhere as close to there as possible ❤️

£1000 with bills included (very open for this to change slightly for the night place)

🌷 Close to a station — 10–15 min walk, so my commute doesn’t steal my soul
🌷 Some outdoor space — garden, balcony, or a nearby park for fresh air

About me:

I work as a talent agent in the office 5 days a week and often out watching shows in the evenings.

I’m tidy and clean, super sociable, and genuinely love living with people who feel more like mates than flatmates. I want somewhere that feels like a proper home — the kind of place where we stick the kettle on (or pop a bottle) and chat absolute sh*te on the sofa until we accidentally solve the world’s problems.

When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me wandering round M&S convincing myself I only need bread and milk, then leaving with three bags I can’t really justify. I love a good charity shop rummage, cute walks with a sweet treat, spontaneous drinks, or just a cosy night in binging a series - truly believing i could do the DCC kick like and jump split…🫣

I’m all about that perfect balance — chilled but sociable, tidy but not anal, always up for a giggle but happy to respect each other’s peace and quiet too. Basically, if you want someone who’ll keep the place homely, clean and full of laughter — hit me up!
