Seeking Double room in Streatham/Tooting

Hi, I'm Martin. I'd like to find a double room in a shared house in the Streatham or Tooting area. I'm currently living in a 3 bed flat with 2 friends but they are moving to other houses. There could be an option for me to buddy up with 2 people to move into my current place but I'm also looking for other house shares. I work as a Communications Lead for a mental health charity. I enjoy films, music and comedy and I'm pretty active and go to the gym regularly and cycle most places. I like living with other people and have lived in house shares for a long time so am considerate and pitch in with upkeep and like to keep a tidy home. Would like to live with people close to my own age if I can and am open to folks with pets as I love animals.
