​I am looking for a clean, peaceful, and friendly room to rent in London for myself (flexible on location, ideally Zones 3–5 with good transport links).

​Profession: Electrician Improver — returning to London to finalize my full electrical qualifications, continue working, and live here long-term.

UK Status: Living and working in the UK since 2020 (Settled Status). I recently took a short 3-month break and am now back full-time.

​Lifestyle: Non-smoker, no alcohol, no drugs. I lead a healthy, quiet, and peaceful lifestyle.

As a Flatmate: Clean, respectful, and financially reliable. I treat the home with care, keep shared spaces spotless, and pay rent on time without fail. Plus, being an electrician, I’m naturally practical, safety-conscious, and handy around the house!

Budget & Move-in Details:
​Move-in Date: Around 20th August.
​Max Rent: £620 – £650 / month (preferably bills included).
​Deposit: Ready to pay £310 – £325 deposit upfront.

Terms: Happy to sign a tenancy contract and pay rent weekly or monthly, whichever suits you best.
