A scholar with a 9-year girl wants a share room

I am an academic visiting researcher from China at the University of Portsmouth, currently residing in Portsmouth. I plan to return to China before 30 July 2027. I am looking for shared accommodation with either a live-in landlord or other tenants. I will be living with my 9-year-old daughter, and a double room will suit us. **Ideally, the landlord or other housemates also have children of a similar age.**
We are quiet, tidy and respectful neighbours.
