Quiet, tidy tenant seeking en-suite

Hi, I’m Jude. Before moving to the UK, I worked as a consultant for around ten years, and I’m currently finishing my MSc at the University of Bristol. I expect to have completed my course before moving in on 1 September 2026, and I’m looking for a stable long-term home, ideally for at least 12 months.

I’m a quiet, clean and responsible tenant with plenty of professional and independent living experience. I’m a non-smoker, don’t host parties and have a regular routine. I’m considerate of shared spaces and would suit a friendly household where people are comfortable chatting but also respect each other’s privacy and personal space.

Outside work and study, I enjoy technology, going to the gym, walking and exploring the city.

After graduating, I plan to continue working in the UK. I have sufficient savings to cover the rent and can provide proof of funds and references if required.

I’m currently considering both Bristol and Reading. In Bristol, I’m mainly looking at Redland, Clifton, Cotham, the city centre and Horfield. In Reading, I’m particularly interested in the town centre/RG1, Caversham, Reading West/RG30 and East Reading/RG6.

As I don’t drive, good public transport and convenient access to shops are important to me. My budget is up to £850 per month, preferably including bills. I’m ideally looking for a furnished en-suite room, and reliable Wi-Fi and a washing machine are essential.
