Looking for a studio\1 bed

Hi, I’m Jessica and I’m looking for an annex, studio, or one-bedroom property to rent for around 6–12 months.

I’m currently renting out my own property on a long-term basis (approximately five years), so I’m looking for somewhere comfortable and settled while I focus on the next chapter of my life. I’m reliable, tidy, respectful, and financially secure.

I enjoy reading, walking my dog, keeping active, and spending time with family and friends. I drive up and down the country for a living and am currently studying for a teaching qualification in my spare time, so I tend to keep busy and enjoy a structured lifestyle.

I have a small Pomeranian called Rudy who is 14 years old. She has no teeth, is completely toilet trained, extremely well behaved, and spends most of the day sleeping. She comes to work with me, so she is rarely left alone and isn’t a disruptive dog at all.

I’m easy-going, considerate of other people’s space, and happy to keep things clean and tidy. Ideally, I’d like somewhere quiet, comfortable, and well looked after.
