Hi! I’m an Irish postgraduate student studying in Manchester and I’m currently looking for a centrally located flat. I’m clean, tidy, hardworking and respectful, and I take a lot of pride in keeping my home well looked after. I’m responsible, reliable with rent and considerate of neighbours, and I’m looking for somewhere I can settle into and treat as my own home.

I’m particularly interested in a central location as it would give me great access to university, work opportunities and everything I need day-to-day. I’d be a very responsible and easy-going tenant, and I’d really look after the property.
