Room Rental in Islington/Angel/Dalston

Hi! I’m Cassie, 27, and moving from Toronto to London this fall for a new adventure.

I’m looking to join a household with a few roommates who are social, friendly and keen to make new friends, but also happy to do their own thing. Ideally, I’m looking for Islington, Angel or Dalston, with a budget of around £1,400/month all-in. I’m hoping to move around mid September/October and ideally a furnished room as I’m packing light. I’m also open to a short-term sublet!

A little about me: I work in digital consulting and will be in the office most days, with Fridays WFH (and occasional work travel depending on the client). I’m moving to London with the goal of travelling for the next few years. I already have a few friends in London, but would love to meet more people and hopefully have roommates who become friends too!

Outside of work, I love all things food - both cooking at home and trying new restaurants - as well as wine nights, reading, gardening and live music (I’m a sucker for a concert!). I’m also pretty active and enjoy lifting, swimming, skiing and Pilates.

I’m very tidy, respectful of shared spaces and have plenty of experience living with roommates, as well as living solo.

Logistically, I land in England Sept 4 for in person viewings but also happy to do any video calls/tours remotely if we need the ball rolling sooner!
