**About Me:**

Hello! My name is Wasim bari and I am a 34 old medical doctor with 10 years of clinical experience. I am relocating to Manchester to study for a full-time MBA in Healthcare Management at The University of Law (City Centre campus).

As a mature postgraduate student and clinician, I lead a quiet, organized, and focused lifestyle. I do not have pets, and I am deeply respectful of shared living spaces, cleanliness, and privacy. My weeks will be heavily occupied with university lectures, library study, and part-time corporate clinical consultancy work.

**What I Am Looking For:**

Budget: Up to £600 per month maximum.

* Preferences:*
Ideally looking for a room where utility bills (Gas, Electricity, Water, Wi-Fi) are included in the monthly rent to keep budgeting simple with an en-suite bathroom .

Preferred Areas:**
Absolute City Centre, Northern Quarter, Ancoats, Piccadilly, Chinatown, or areas with an immediate 5–10 minute walk or direct transit link to New York Street.

Move-in Date & Verification:**

I am looking to move in around 1st week of october 2027 ,Because of my professional background, I have all my legal documents readily available, including my UK Student Visa (Right to Rent Share Code), University of Law enrollment letter, and clean criminal record clearances (DBS). I am financially secure and happy to discuss upfront rent deposits or references to secure a peaceful home.
