Room Wanted - Sept 2026 - BAE Systems Preferred

Hello! I’m moving to Preston this September for work. I’ll be relocating from the East Midlands, having lived in West Yorkshire for University. I’m looking for a quiet, clean and professional home (BAE preferred). I’m looking to stay OUTSIDE of the city centre - ideally Longridge, Walton-Le-Dale, Bamber Bridge, Cottam, Lea, Kirkham/Wesham, Warton, Freckleton, Lostock Hall, Penwortham etc.

I’ll need parking for 1 small car and I’d prefer a double bed, but outside of that, my requirements are pretty open. I’d prefer an en-suite or sole use of a bathroom (naturally), but that’s not a dealbreaker.

As a housemate, I’m clean, low-profile and quiet. I’m up for a casual pint, hike or general evening chat/film, but I tend to have my AirPods in when cleaning or cooking. I like to spend my weekends out the house and will likely not work from home during the week. I’ve got no dietary requirements either!
