Looking for a room to rent

I’m a friendly, respectful and easy-going person who is relocating to the Telford area and currently looking for work locally.

I’m clean, tidy and considerate, and I’m looking for a comfortable home with a friendly household. I have my own car, so somewhere with parking would be ideal.

I’m financially secure and have substantial savings, so although I’m currently between jobs, I’m able to comfortably afford the rent and can provide proof of funds if required. I’m also actively looking for employment in the area.

I enjoy walking, travelling, reading and getting outdoors. I’m sociable and friendly but also appreciate having my own space.

I’m looking for a room in a clean, friendly and respectful house, ideally with bills included.
