Ensuite/ Flat needed

My partner and I are looking for a clean, furnished, and well-maintained double room (preferably ensuite) or flat in Bristol with convenient access to main bus routes.

Work & Routine: We are completing our postgraduate degrees this September. One of us is currently employed and will be working full time in September.
We are clean quiet and friendly and would really appreciate our flat and flatmates to be tidy as well.
Lifestyle: We are quiet, clean, and friendly. We treat our living space with care, keep shared areas tidy, and respect housemates' privacy and quiet hours. We would really appreciate our house and housemates to be tidy as well.

Habits: Non-smokers and no pets.

Move-in Date: 28th August
Length of Stay: 6 to 12 months (open to short or long term).
Budget: Up to £800 pcm.
Funds: First month's rent, deposit, and proof of income/bank statements are ready to go.
