Looking for a flat ideally around Richmond area

Hello! I’m a working professional looking for somewhere comfortable and welcoming to call home, ideally long term. I work for a charity and mostly work from home (I have a desk and a chair for the room so won’t need extra space elsewhere in the flat), although my job also takes me out and about in London and occasionally elsewhere with overnight stays. When I’m working from home, I’m generally quiet and it shouldn’t disturb anyone else in the house.

My current contract expires on 18 October, so ideally I’m looking to move around late October or November. But 20 September could be an option too. Appreciate the wait, but its outside of my control:)

My budget is a little restricted, but I’m willing to consider a higher rent for somewhere that feels like a particularly good fit.

I’m friendly and enjoy a good chat, but I also appreciate having my own space and respect other people’s privacy. I like going to the gym and I’m currently trying to figure out whether yoga is actually for me! I’m also very happy living with pets and have no allergies.
