Looking for a Room in a Friendly House

Hi I’m Kelly, I’m 31.

I’ve lived in London for the last 7 years and now looking to live in an area a little closer to my friends. I work a full-time 9-5 job for a company that specialises in wine - always in the office (never WFH). Also means I have the benefit of discounted bottles! Also did a stint of working on superyachts so definitely clean and tidy.

Outside of work, I love running, trying out new restaurants/wine bars, reading, hikes outside of London, good coffee and of course there is no better feeling than a pint in the sun

I’m easy-going and sociable and looking to join a house with people around the same age, where we can come together for a chat over a glass of wine or watch tv, but also respectful of each other’s space.

- Areas: Flexible but have been looking at De Beauvoir, Newington Green, Stoke Newington, London Fields, Highbury & Islington

-Move-in: Very flexible - I can move anytime from August through to October.

- Budget: £1,000-£1,500, but I’d still be open to going a little higher for the right place.

- Term: Long term, ideally 1 year+
