Professional looking for furnished ensuite – Leeds

I've just finished my post grad, and now working in Leeds. I'm looking for a new place to call home from late August as I move out of student accommodation.

I'm searching for a furnished double room with a private ensuite in a friendly, clean, and respectful household. I'm open to Leeds, Wakefield, Morley and Castleford, and surrounding areas with good public transport links. My budget is up to £580 pcm including bills. A dishwasher would be a great bonus, but it's not essential!

I'm clean, considerate, and respect shared spaces. I enjoy a friendly house dynamic while fully appreciating everyone's privacy and independence.
