Professional Seeking a Full-Time Room in London – Budget £700 Including Bills

Hi, I’m Ajay. I’ll shortly be starting a new role in Data & AI in London and have over ten years of professional experience. I’m looking for a furnished single or double room for seven-day access, ideally within 30–45 minutes of my office near Minories, Tower Hill, Aldgate or Liverpool Street.

My maximum budget is £700 per month including council tax, utilities and Wi-Fi. I’m a clean, quiet, considerate and respectful non-smoker. I’ll usually be at work during the day and mainly use the room to sleep at night. My wife and main home are in Manchester, and I expect to travel back once or twice each month.
