Looking to relocate Deeside area

Hello. I’m going to put it out there because I’m finding this harder than I thought to actually get a room to rent. So then, the bad news…I’m in an IVA and getting no where. 4 years ago I was in an awful relationship and I had no choice but to go into an IVA. This IVA I’m in was caused by my previous partner fraudulently taking money from my credit cards. After that happened I had no choice but to sell my property I owned and relocate to Scotland. Not so bad as I moved in with my Mom, who needed support. Now for the good stuff.
I’m a fully fit mentally & physically 53 yr old self employed courier working for CEMPS full time 6 days on 1 off delivering for Amazon. I have my move planned to relocate from the depot I’m at to the Deeside depot. I am financially set up and budgeted for this move (obviously I can prove my finances)I have no guarantor but able to prove my income to support this relocation. I have an accountant filing my first tax return, as before this I was a full time Manager working for Coop. All my finances are ready and set aside for that tax and this move. I’ve explained myself clearly and honestly because I know when a soft search is done it shows the IVA, so I’m putting it all out there because I’m in a position to make this move happen. I’ve reset my life and hoping for someone (letting agent or owner) to show Interest in my approach to this move. Genuine sincere Man asking for a chance to restart my life.
