Friendly professional looking for short/mid stay

Hi, I’m Ben, a 23-year-old professional working near Hoxton Station. I’m looking for a bright, clean room to call home from early September through to mid-December/early January before I move into a long-term place with friends.

I work full-time in growth/tech and have a steady daily routine. On weekdays, I’m usually busy with work or heading to the gym. I’m very clean, respectful of shared spaces, and super easygoing. I enjoy my own downtime, but I’m always down for a coffee, a chill chat in the kitchen, or a pub drink after work.

What I’m looking for:
Duration: Flexible 3–4 months (approx. Sept to Dec/Jan), but could be flexible as looking to move in with friends in the new year.

Location: Anywhere with a straightforward commute to Hoxton (Tottenham, Seven Sisters, Dalston, Stoke Newington, Highbury, or down the Overground line).

Vibe: A clean, relaxed, and tidy home with friendly flatmates or a live-in landlord.

I have my deposit, references, and rent ready to go. My exact move-out date is somewhat flexible depending on what suits the flat best.
