Looking for a ensuite room, studio, one bed apt

Hi everyone! I'm looking for a studio or a double en-suite room in Crawley, ideally near Crompton Way (Manor Royal) or within about a 20-minute bus ride, with good access to public transport.

I'm a young professional starting a new job in the area and hoping to move in late August / early September. I'd prefer female housemates, and I'm a clean, respectful, and easy-going person looking for somewhere friendly and settled.

My budget is around £800–£900 per month (ideally bills included), but I'm happy to be flexible depending on the property.
