Hi! I’m an incoming QUB postgraduate student arriving in Belfast this September and I’m looking for a nice place to stay.
Ideally looking for:
-Single occupancy, en-suite room
-BT7/BT9, preferably within 15 mins walk of QUB
-£400–£500/month
-Bills included would be great
-Washing machine + tumble dryer preferred
-Flexible tenancy / no long minimum stay preferred
-No deposit would be amazing, but I’m open to a reasonable deposit.
I’m clean, friendly and easy-going. I’m currently in Bangladesh, so I’d ideally need a video viewing before confirming anything.
