Woman (32) looking for short/long term home London

Hi there, I am a 32 year-old woman from Estonia but I have been living in London for about 12 years now. I am looking for a studio or a room in a friendly house share in London (open to anywhere), to stay for at least 6 months and possibly up to a year or more.
As a tenant I am very quiet and clean, and I respect people’s personal space and belongings. I work freelance as a lighting technician and I’m also employed through a couple of agencies where I do various crewing work for film and events, so I don’t have a set schedule and will be in and out of the house at random times. In my spare time I like to do some crafting, go for long walks, and I have Odeon limitless and I go cinema A LOT (I will most likely chat your ear off about my favourite horror films at some point haha). I’m a part of the LGBTQ and I’m very passionate about sustainability and the environment, I’m also a huge animal lover. I go out clubbing/raving occasionally, but mostly I prefer a cosy night in with snacks and a show/film/documentary.

I’m looking to move from the end of September, but am pretty flexible with dates.
FYI: Since I don't have a typical 9-5 job with a set yearly salary, I tend to not pass the standard agency checks, but I am happy to provide proof of income/savings, I have a pretty high credit score and a UK based guarantor, or I can potentially pay a few months rent upfront as well. I’m also open to sublet.
