Degree Apprentice looking for an immediate room

Hi everyone!

I am moving to Newcastle from Greater Manchester this week to start a degree apprenticeship.

About the accommodation:
I am looking for a room so I can easily walk or commute to the the city centre and Northumbria University. An en-suite would be fantastic, but it is not a dealbreaker. My budget is around £600 per month including bills, and I am ready to move in immediately.

About me & what to expect:
I am a focused, reliable, and organised young professional. I respect everyone's need for a quiet, productive home environment. In my free time, I love driving, painting, reading, learning new languages, and relaxing. I am a very clean person who always cleans up after myself in communal spaces.

Who I'd like to live with:
I would love to live with other students, apprentices, or young professionals who are similarly respectful, clean, and friendly. I value my own space and completely respect others' privacy. I would only share with females.
