Looking for a room (flat share/own spa) in Glasgow

Hello! My name is William and I'm looking to share a flat or find my own space. I should tell you about my current situation and plans: I am in the process of transferring my retail work (from the North East of Scotland - about 2hrs West of Aberdeen - to the Glasgow area), to start by late-August/early-September, with the intention of moving into accommodation on or before that time. Basically, I've been advised to find accommodation first before transferring my work, so I'm in the midst of that just now. Maximum tenancy and whether an 18-month+ flat share would work is key. When moving to Glasgow, I have a years wages saved to financially aid my living costs in the city over a 22-month period of living there, largely funded by my employment (considering overtime: 33hrs+ weekly). Shortly after viewing a property, if I may do so, I am enthusiastic to move into a flat nearer to workplaces, as my job will potentially see me work extra hours in more than one store.
