Rent a single/double room

Hi, I'm a 24-year-old recent University of Edinburgh graduate originally from India. I've been living in Edinburgh throughout my studies and I'm now looking for a furnished double room as I settle into the next chapter — job-hunting and building my career here in the city. My budget is £400–600 per month, ideally in Leith, Bruntsfield, Abbeyhill, Gorgie/Dalry, or Canonmills.

About me:
I've loved living in Edinburgh and I'm planning to stay long-term. I keep a structured daily routine — upskilling and applying for roles during the day, quiet evenings at home. I'm definitely not a party person — you won't find me blasting music at midnight. I clean up after myself in the kitchen, take my shoes off at the door, and believe shared spaces should be kept tidy for everyone.

I enjoy cooking (happy to share food sometimes!), reading, going for walks across the Meadows or Arthur's Seat, and spending time in coffee shops. I'm easygoing, friendly, and always up for a chat but equally comfortable giving people their own space.

What I'm looking for:
- A furnished double room in a clean, well-maintained flat
- Bills included in the rent if possible
- No deposit or a reasonable deposit
- Flatmates who are respectful, friendly, and tidy
- Somewhere that feels like home, not just a place to sleep
