Looking to Share Home Sep-Dec

Hey there,

I will be starting in September with a clinical rotation at Western General Hospital and Edinburgh Cancer Centre as part of my final year in med school until the end of this year. I am already very much looking forward to my time in Edinburgh and experiencing the Scottish way of life. Sadly, the world cup is already over such that I will have to come back anyways to experience that part of the culture.

A part of that experience has to do with finding a welcoming and social living situation, allowing me to connect to some locals outside of work. Besides work, I obviously enjoy the occasional beer in a pub or shared dinner at home, but also doing sports of all kinds and exploring the city or nature of the highlands. So if you have any recommendations for hiking trails or local pubs I'll gladly take notes. Having lived in flat-shares from Zurich to Madrid, I value a clean space, good communication and a relaxed vibe. My best living experiences have always been the ones where not only the bills were shared but also a bit of time was spent together. Needless to say, I am always respectful of privacy and thoughtful of quietness when the exams are around the corner. After all, I will also be doing some research at Edinburgh Cancer Centre and expect to be somewhat busy during the week.
