Looking for a room

Hi,

My name is Charlotte, I'm 25, and am originally from Toronto, Canada. I'm looking for a room for the end of September/beginning of October. While I'm pretty flexible on location, I work in Hampstead 5 days a week, so would like to be within easy access to the Northern or Mildmay Lines.

Ideally, I would prefer to live in one of the following areas:
- NW: Hampstead, West Hampstead, Belsize Park, Swiss Cottage, Chalk Farm, Gospel Oak, Kentish Town, Tufnell Park, Camden, Queen's Park
- N: Angel, Islington, Caledonian Rd/Barnsbury, Lower Holloway, Highbury, Kings Cross, Stoke Newington, Canonbury, De Beauvoir
-Open to East/West if it's easy enough access to my office

My max. budget is £1,200 but I would ideally like to stay below £1,100.

A bit about me: I'm a social person, so I would love to find a flat where I could be friends with my flatmates, but at the same time, I am always respectful of other people's space and downtime. Happy to be in a female or mixed flat, ideally with flatmates in their 20s/early 30s. I value keeping a clean space and would prefer not to live with pets (dogs may be ok). In my spare time, I love spending time with friends, trying new workout classes, cooking, going for dinner/drinks, long walks, and the odd night out. I’ll never say no to a pub quiz or a cozy wine/tv night at home either!
