Looking for a room, female part-tine student

Hi! I’m Rosalyn, 23, and I’m moving to Edinburgh to start a part-time Masters in Psychology at the UoE.

I’m looking for a room in a friendly, sociable flat where people are happy to chat, cook while also respecting noise and the shared spaces. I’m tidy, considerate and pretty easy-going as a housemate.

Outside of studying, I’m active and creative. I enjoy salsa dancing, running and I’m also into analogue photography and lino printing. I love cooking and often trying new recipes. I’m always up for exploring somewhere new coffee shops or wine bars.

I’m looking to move in around early September, but I’m flexible on the exact date. My budget is up to £700 pcm excluding bills, and I can provide a guarantor.

Ideally I’d like somewhere within around a 20-minute cycle of the University of Edinburgh, particularly around Newington, Marchmont, Southside, Sciennes, Bruntsfield or nearby, but I’m open to other areas.
