Hi there! I’m looking for a clean, positive, and relaxed shared home to move into long-term. Having recently finished my studies, I’m excited to take the next step toward personal independence, which also frees up a bit of extra space for my younger siblings back home. I’m responsible and very dependable when it comes to rent and bills—I’ve worked continuously in a family business since I was 16 and currently work part-time, with plans to return to full-time work soon. Growing up, I took on a reliable role supporting my household, managing expenses, and helping with property upkeep, which my mum can happily verify as a reference. At home, I value a peaceful, tidy atmosphere and always clean up as I go, plus I’m very comfortable around pets. As a quick note on smoking, I am in the process of quitting and strictly follow property boundaries, meaning I never smoke inside, in the garden, or near the house and always step completely off the property on a walk. My budget is £550–£600 per month, ideally including bills, and I’m looking for a place in the Town Centre (NN1) area to be close to work, with availability to move in immediately.
