Hello! I'm a 22 year old recent Uni of Oxford grad and have just got a job offer at the Uni of Exeter Penryn campus, working in evolutionary biology research. I'm looking for a place from late October, and would prefer a more social house as I'll be new to the area, but am obviously happy to give people space when they need!
