Looking for buddy up for flat or join houseshare

I am a starting an engineering placement in September and would be looking to buddy up or join a flat / houseshare in leeds, preferably with parking nearby/onsite.

Ideally I would like to split the rent for a 2b2b just south of the river, but i am also interested in areas like morley

I would be aiming to move in september, but can stretch to october if need be.

I am chilled out, tidy, and approachable, always up for trying new things in my free time.

I have use of a car and will definitely be heading to the peak district semi regularly on weekends as I enjoy hiking and swimming out there, and would be happy to take people along too.
