Room for Exchange Student from Aus!

Hello! I am a music student from Sydeny undertaking an exchange at the Royal Northen College of Music (near UOM) from September to January - looking for a comfortable, creative and friendly enviornment to stay in while I study here :)
I'm fairly versatile as a housemate, I'm happy to socialise, make friends and go out but also like to spend time by myself and keep myself occupied. Above all I value keeping my space tidy and clean while maintaining a personal vibe.
I would love to meet some people keen to explore the city and surrounding area, open to Professionals or Students, no preference for Gender or sexual orientation either :)
I keep myself occupied with my studies and music (I promise I'll keep the loud parts at Uni) but also enjoy sports (boxing swimming, rockclimbing), travelling and cooking good food!
