Postgraduate looking for a room near Uni of Sussex

Hi,

I’m a mature female postgraduate student at the University of Sussex, studying full-time. I’m looking for a furnished room with good access to the Falmer campus, ideally within walking distance or with a good, frequent direct bus connection.

I’m potentially interested in a long-term arrangement, as my course lasts for 20 months, although I’m flexible.

I’m a non-smoker, responsible, tidy, quiet and friendly. I’m friendly and independent and value a peaceful home environment. I don’t bring guests home and am also very happy to live in a home with pets.

I’m looking for a quiet, non-smoking household, ideally a small house-share or a home with a live-in landlord. I’m not looking for a party or highly social house.

Ideally, I’d like to move in between 12 and 18 September.
