PhD student looking for friendly household

I am a 26 year old French guy looking to move back to London to start my PhD. I've been working as a scientist for 3 years in Cambridge and before that studied at UCL for 5 years. I already know the city well and have good friends here, and I am excited to move back! :)

I am looking for a flat share with people who like myself enjoy a balance of socialising and independence. I'm friendly and will be around if you want to chat or hang out, but will also respect your space and quiet. I am tidy in shared spaces, and make sure to clean up after myself.

For the flat / location itself, I would like something within 20 mins biking distance from Bloomsbury, with space for a desk and my electric keyboard in my room, and a shared living room! My ideal move in date is some time between now and end of September.

A bit more about me. I enjoy outdoorsy things (cycling, hiking, day in the park), trying out new things (latest on my radar is wood-working), discovering new areas (I'd love to live somewhere new, maybe East or South). I also enjoy gigs and galleries a lot, and have played the piano since I was little. I love my local pub, vibey bars, and good techno events. I'm also pretty geeky, love a good podcast, a deep convo, a good book. Routine is also important to me, I need my sleep and exercising!

Money-wise, my PhD is fully funded throughout and is enough alone to cover my rent and living costs. I am additionally continuing to work in my current position but part-time.
