Looking for buddy-ups for a 3/4 bed ✨Queer/LGBT+

Hi all! My friend and I are looking either 1/2 queer folk to buddy up with or 2 rooms in queer-friendly homes.

I'm marina, 29 non-binary (they/them) - I work full time almost all WFH with one day a week in the office. Budget of £1050pcm (bills included)

Luke, 25 trans man (he/him) - he's a student at UAL studying technical arts for theatre and film (so we'd get 25% off council tax 🙌) who'll be going into his final year. Budget of £900pcm (bills included), and he has a guarantor.

We're looking at places with easy links to Wimbledon (under an hour) and New Malden, preferably semi-close to the northern line.

Luke and I met on here a few weeks ago and ended up really getting along, so anyone who joins us will be in a similar position in terms of familiarity!🌷 A safe comfortable home is very important to us, so living with other queer people is preferrable (not totally ruling out super #allies tho 🙂‍↕️). Everyone deserves to feel safe, and we're used to living with others. We're cool with keeping housemates aware of our schedule/guests so no one feels uncomfortable or blindsided! And we'd definitely be looking to stay somewhere long term (jobs etc. permitting!)

In terms of move-in dates, furnishings and amenities - we're looking for a late September to mid October move-in (with Oct 19 at the absolute latest). Furnished or unfurnished not too fussed, but a washer/dryer combo is a must 🙏 and ideally a living room too!

Any other specifics we're happy to chat about! Compatibility when living together is crazy important after all, so we'd wanna meet up in person to see if we all vibe.
