Looking for a room/buddy-ups!✨Queer/LGBT preferred

Hi all! I'm marina, nb (they/them) looking for a decent sized room around or with easy travel to New Malden. Budget £1050pcm (bills inclusive)

I work full time almost all WFH with one day a week in the office, and spend half my weekends in New Malden. I probably lean more introvert than extrovert but I love people and would love to build a warm friendly home with other people around my age 🌷 A safe comfortable home is very important to me, so living with other queer people is preferrable (I'm not ruling out super #allies tho 🙂‍↕️)

In terms of move-in dates, furnishings and amenities I'm really flexible. I've listed October but can really move in anywhere from late September to early December as we haven't given notice at our current residence atm. As for an en suite I'd just prefer a smaller share of a bathroom so it's not essential 🙏 I definitely would prefer a longer term lease/stay.

Personality/interest-wise I'd say most of my hobbies are fairly quiet (crafting/gaming/arty stuff) with the exception of singing along to music (badly) and playing the flute. But if that's annoying I'm happy to limit my practice to my time away from home 😂

Any other specifics I'd be happy to chat about! Compatibility when living together is crazy important after all!
